Unable to Reload ORCA Cards on myORCA.com

Wed 9/23/2026 11:00AM PT: ORCA is currently experiencing an issue impacting ORCA card reloads. Customers are not able to load ORCA cards using myORCA.com but can continue to load cards using the myORCA app or ticket vending machines. The ORCA team will continue to provide updates and resolution information as it becomes available.
