Limited number of riders experiencing duplicate charges

Thurs 07/16/2026 2:41PM PT: A limited number of ORCA customers experienced duplicate charges during credit/debit card transactions on July 14 and July 15, 2026. These duplicate charges were caused by a system issue which has since been resolved. Impacted customers were identified, and ORCA teams are currently working to issue refunds.
