ORCA Card Transfers Not Working

Status: Resolved

A software error caused some ORCA cards to be overcharged and not calculate transfers on August 30th, 2024.

We are automatically processing refunds for any incorrect charges and no further action is required by customers.  Affected customers can expect refunds to post to their accounts in 5-7 business days.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate our customer's patience while refunds are processed.
