ORCA systems have been experiencing intermittent issues

UPDATE Thurs 07/16/2026 4:00PM PT: ORCA systems are still experiencing intermittent issues. ORCA card readers are able to accept ORCA cards as well as taps from credit or debit cards. When the system is impacted, card reader displays may not show accurate information, ticket vending machines, customer service transactions, ORCA websites, and mobile app transactions may be impacted. The ORCA team will continue to provide updates and resolution information here as it becomes available.
