ORCA is experiencing issues with Vending Machines and Customer Service Transactions

Mon 10/2/2023 4:48PM PT: ORCA is currently experiencing intermittent issues with vending machines and customer service transactions. This is primarily impacting credit card transactions when loading ORCA cards at vending machines and customer service locations. ORCA card readers continue to function and customers should continue to tap their ORCA cards on transit. Cash transactions and paper ticket sales remain available at Vending Machines system wide. The ORCA team will continue to provide updates and resolution information here as it becomes available.
