Autoload Error Notification

A software error caused some ORCA cards with E-purse Autoloads scheduled for December 1, 2022, to be charged multiple times.

We are automatically processing refunds for any incorrect charges and no further action is required by customers.  Affected customers can expect refunds to post to their accounts in 5-7 business days.

All customer account information is secure and Autoloads will continue to occur as scheduled in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate our customer's patience while refunds are processed.
