How do you create a new Business Account on the myORCA.com website?
Representatives of Businesses can choose two different ORCA program types:
- Business Choice – a program type that allows the ultimate flexibility in ordering products for their cardholders. Accountholders can create an account and immediately start ordering cards and products.
- Business Passport – an all-inclusive annual program offering an unlimited-trip ORCA pass to all benefits-eligible employees. The program requires a contract, before your cardholders can start taking advantage of the program.

After setting up your new Business Account, how do you log in?
Business Account users can sign into their myORCA account just like any individual user can: by selecting the “Sign In” header and filling in your Username and Password credentials.
On the myORCA.com account management website, what permissions can be set for each user?
There are two types of users:
- Super admins: have full access to the account and can assign permissions for all users including admins as well as manage the account settings for your business.
- Admins: can access the account to view card information and place orders.
The users who are Super Admins can be changed at any time by:
- Logging in
- Selecting the Administration menu > Manage Admins
- Selecting the "pen and paper" icon next to the proper "Admin"
- Choosing the "Super Admin" box and selecting "Save"
Does my business need separate logins for Choice and Passport customers?
Yes, you will need a unique email for each business account. This also applies if you manage more than one ORCA Passport or Choice account. You cannot use the same e-mail address for multiple personal and/or business accounts and need to use a unique email for each account you manage.
