What you need to know about the new ORCA system (Business Accounts)

When was the launch of the new ORCA system? 

The launch date was May 16, 2022. 

What changed for businesses after the launch? 

1. The previous Business Account website (orcacard.biz) was deactivated. Starting May 16, 2022  businesses started accessing their account at myORCA.com.
2. Effective May 16, 2022, the cost per ORCA card was reduced from $5 to $3.

Were existing cards automatically transferred over to the new website? 

Yes, your account, primary contact, cards and any existing groups were automatically migrated to myORCA.com. Any passes or balances on cards were transferred at the same time.
