How to Order a Free Youth ORCA Card

1. Visit https://www.myorca.com/buy-online/ or click "Get a new Youth ORCA card" on Free YouthTransitPass.com 

2. In the "Youth ORCA Card" section at the bottom of the page, click "Upload Document".

3. Click "Choose a file" and select a photo or take a photo of your identification or birth certificate. 

4. Click "Add to card order".

5. Click "add to cart." There is no need to add money or passes, because youth ride free. 

6. Enter your birthdate. It should match the birthdate on the document you uploaded. 

7. Click "Checkout."

8. Add a shipping address (where you want the card delivered) and contact details.

9. Click "Place order". There is no need to enter payment information, because youth ride for free. You're all done! Cards are usually delivered in seven to ten business days.
