Card(s) Management Settings (Center Navigation)
- Link card(s): If you have an existing ORCA card or cards, you can link them in your card management settings. To link an existing card, you will need to input the ORCA card number, the security code, and a balance protection code if your card has one. You can optionally give the card a nickname. This tool is useful if you are managing more than one card on your account. Once you link your card, you will be able to view and manage your balance and autoload features, as well as transfer balances, lock/unlock your card, or replace your card. You can also unlink the card from your account at any time.
- Transfer balance: If you have multiple cards linked to your account, you can easily transfer E-purse cash value between all of your cards. Simply enter the transfer amount, and identify which card you want to transfer from and transfer to. Once the transfer is confirmed, the E-purse transfer is automatic. Pass products cannot be transferred between different cards.
- Unlink card: To remove a card from your account, you can unlink the card and choose which card to remove from your account. Unlinking a card means you will no longer have access to the card on your myORCA account, and it will remove any autoloads added to the card. An unlinked card can still be used to pay for transit. You may re-link to this card later if you have the card number.
- Lock/Unlock Card: Locking a card will prevent it from being used to ride transit. This is a great option if you have lost your ORCA card. You can lock the card in case it is stolen so others cannot use the card. You can unlock the card at any time.
- Replace Card: If your card is lost or stolen, you can request that a replacement card be shipped to you. Replacing a card blocks it from further use and transfers any E-purse balance or passes to the new card for you to use. Autoloads pause when they are transferred to new cards. You will need to resume the Autoload from your online account once you receive it in the mail.
Manage This Card
Once you have linked an ORCA Card to your account, you can manage each individual card linked to your account. At the top of the screen, you can see what active E-purse value or pass product is on your card.
- E-purse: In this tab, on the left-hand side you can configure autoload settings to have E-purse automatically added to your account on a certain day once a month or when a balance is below a certain amount of your choice. Once an autoload is enabled, you can edit, pause, or remove the autoload at any time. On the right-hand side, you can add a minimum of $5.00 of E-purse value or up to $400.00 to your card at a time. Once you click "Add to card", you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can confirm your order and set up a payment method. If you wish to pay for an E-purse of pass with two different debit or credit cards, simply click "Split Payment". You can then enter the amount and payment method fields for the pslit payment. NOTE: To enable autoloads, you must first navigate to the left-hand general account settings area, click "Payment Settings" and add a credit or debit card to your account.
- Passes: In this tab, on the left-hand side you can view the active passes on your account. On the right-hand side, you can add either a regional or agency-specific pass. A regional pass, which has daily or monthly options, allows you to ride on all participating agency transit modes. An agency pass varies from agency to agency and is custom to the transit mode you ride the most. Once you add to your cart, you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can confirm your order and set up a payment method. Once there is an active pass on your card, you can turn on an autoload for your pass. You can have multiple passes and autoloads on one card.
- Card Activity: In this tab, you are able to review your ORCA card trip history. You can see the date and time of the tap activity, the location, the agency of your ride, how much fare was charged, and what your current balance is. You can also export this card activity for your records.
- Close Card: If you wish to close out your card, you can navigate to this tab where you can either transfer money from the card you are closing out to another card on your account, or request a refund of the E-purse value of the card you are closing. NOTE: Pass products cannot be transferred or refunded.
- Linked Accounts: This tab allows a user to view any other account holders who use the card with Load Only Permission.
Account Management Settings (Left Navigation)
- My cards: This tab takes you back to the previous "My ORCA Card" homepage where you can see and managed all of the linked cards on your account
- Notifications: The Notifications page (Figure 55) lists the accounts associated notifications. Users can set their desired notifications via Account Settings. A yellow number appears next to the menu’s Notifications link and reflects the number of unread notifications.

- Payment settings: This tab is where you can add, edit, and delete multiple different payment methods on your account. If you have multiple payment methods on an account, you can assign nicknames to differentiate between cards.
- Account settings: In this section, you are able to edit your profile information, notifications, shipping and billing addresses, account security questions, or delete your account.
- Pay for vanpool: In this section, you can pay all or part of your monthly vanpool fare for the current month or the next month. You can make multiple payments as needed.
